Yes, we can accommodate all sizes without any issues. Since we offer full bespoke tailoring, we can create garments that fit perfectly regardless of your size. There are no additional charges based on size.

Yes, we do. We can create children’s jackets, suits, and shirts as well. We’re happy to make formal wear for special occasions such as recitals, ceremonies, and family events.

Pricing & Costs

Prices vary depending on fabric type and specifications. Our basic suits start from 6,000 baht and shirts from 1,500 baht, with premium fabrics and additional customizations available at higher price points.

Some customizations are included in the base price, while premium options such as special linings, horn buttons, or complex design features may incur additional charges. Our staff will clearly explain all costs before you place your order.

You can order as few as one shirt. We offer attractive discounts for multiple shirt orders—please ask our staff for current promotional packages.

Measurements & Fitting

Absolutely! First-time customers are always welcome. The selection of clothing material, design decisions, measuring, temporary fitting try-on and finish typically takes a minimum of 48 hours.

We offer complimentary alterations for minor adjustments. Significant alterations due to body shape changes may incur charges depending on the extent of work required.

Fabrics & Design

We carry an extensive selection of premium fabrics from Luciano, Lanificio, Savestiano, Lord and Taylor, Marc Austin and more. We also offer excellent quality fabrics at various price points to suit different budgets.

Yes, absolutely! We have extensive fabric sample books available in our showroom. You can touch, feel, and compare different fabrics to find the perfect match for your needs.

Of course! Our experienced tailors and stylists are happy to provide professional advice on styles, colors, and designs that will suit your body type, preferences, and intended use.

Visiting Our Store & Reservations

Reservations are not required. You’re welcome to visit us anytime during our business hours. However, if you’re on a tight schedule or want to ensure dedicated staff attention, we recommend notifying us of your planned visit date and time through our contact form in advance.

We’re open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM (20:30), following Terminal 21 Shopping Center’s operating hours. We’re open every day of the year with no holidays. Feel free to drop by while shopping or dining in the mall.

Take the BTS Sukhumvit Line to Asok Station or the MRT Blue Line to Sukhumvit Station. Both stations are directly connected to Terminal 21 Shopping Center, making us very accessible. Our store is just a few minutes’ walk from the stations.

Yes, absolutely! For your first visit including measurements and fabric selection, please allow 45-60 minutes. Quick visits for fittings typically take 15-20 minutes.

We tend to be busier on weekends and evenings. For a more relaxed experience with dedicated attention, we recommend visiting on weekday mornings or early afternoons. However, we’re always happy to serve you anytime during our operating hours.

Payment

We operate on a prepayment basis. Payment is required when you place your order. Once payment is confirmed, we immediately begin production of your garment.

Yes, you can. In addition to cash, we accept payment by major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express.

As we begin custom production immediately upon order confirmation, cancellations may be subject to fees depending on the stage of production. Please discuss any concerns with our staff as early as possible.

Delivery Time

We typically aim for a 48-hour (2-day) turnaround, but this cannot be guaranteed depending on our current workload and the complexity of your specifications. We’ll provide you with an accurate delivery time when you place your order. If you’re in a hurry, please consult with us in advance. We’ll make every effort to accommodate your schedule (best effort basis).

Delivery & Shipping

No worries at all. We can deliver to your hotel in Bangkok free of charge, or ship internationally to Japan and other countries worldwide. International shipping incurs separate charges, but we ensure reliable delivery. We’ll discuss shipping methods and costs when you place your order.

Yes, we can arrange delivery to your hotel in Bangkok at no additional charge. For customers who need to leave before completion, we can ship to your home address.

Yes, we ship worldwide including Japan, USA, Europe, and other countries. Shipping costs start from 1,500 baht and vary by destination and order size. Please inquire for specific rates to your location.

After-Sales Service

We provide free alterations. Please feel free to bring the garment back to our store. If you live far from Bangkok, you can send us photos and detailed descriptions via email, and we’ll advise you on the best course of action. We’ll support you until you achieve the perfect fit.

Yes, we offer repair services for garments purchased from us. Please contact us with details of the repair needed, and we’ll provide a quote.

We can provide guidance for alterations through photos and measurements via email. In some cases, arrangements can be made to ship the garment back to us for adjustment (shipping costs borne by the customer). We’ll work with you to find the best solution.

We permanently maintain all customer measurement data and specifications. This means you can reorder anytime in the future, even years later, without needing to be measured again (unless your body measurements have changed).

Yes, we also provide alteration services for suits purchased elsewhere. We can adjust sleeve length, jacket length, waist, and more. Please bring the garment in for assessment, and we’ll provide a quote.
